Your 20-minute Tan Appointment 🕘
- Length: 20 minutes per booking.
- Grace period: We allow up to 10 minutes of lateness — after that, access is automatically locked for safety and scheduling purposes.
- Cancellations: Cancel within 2 hours of your scheduled time, and the payment will be forfeited.
- Access: Use the app to scan in at the front door, or enter as usual if the door is open.
- We run a clean, self-service booth — follow the in-booth prompts and signage for a perfect, even result.
How it works (simple, quick, beautiful)
- Prep — Arrive clean & product-free. Our system can include a gentle pH-balancing Perfector to prime skin.
- Spray — The VersaSpa® Pro mists ultra-fine layers for an even, streak-free finish using Eco-cert DHA.
- Develop — Cosmetic bronzer rinses at your first shower; tan develops in 2–4 hours with full results in 24 hours. Avoid getting wet until then for the best depth.
- Maintain — Hydrate daily to prolong your glow (we stock matching post-tan care).

How long will my tan last?
Longevity varies by skin and aftercare. Hydration and gentle cleansing help keep colour at its best.
Will I smell like fake tan?
Our solutions include odour-neutralising technology to virtually eliminate the typical scent.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Formulas are vegan and free from parabens, sulfates and common irritants, with soothing botanicals like aloe and green tea. If you’re highly sensitive or have medical concerns, please check with your GP and read the Waiver.
How soon can I shower?
Rinse the cosmetic bronzer at your first post-tan shower; avoid getting wet for at least 24 hours for best depth
What if I’m running late?
There’s a 10-minute grace. After that, the system locks access and the booking is forfeited per policy. (We do this to protect everyone’s time and hygiene standards.)
What’s the cancellation policy?
Cancellations within 2 hours of your appointment lose payment. Please reschedule earlier when you can. (Full policy in our Terms.)
Can I tan while pregnant or if I have skin conditions?
